I was a resident for 6 years (2016-2022) and I cannot say enough good things about the place. I had to move due to wife's job going to South Orlando, otherwise I would have stayed. The leasing office team is fantastic. Michelle and Dave are awesome- they are both so kind, helpful, and empathetic. Maintenance team is great - so fast to get to you when you need them. The location is amazing being literally right off I-4. I had no real issues with my apartment for the 6 years I was there. Covered parking for my car was a great thing to have as well. I highly recommend Tiffany Oaks. If you go there, go to Dave or Michelle and they will take care of you. They genuinely cared about me and did all they could to help me. 10 out of 10 experience. -Christian

Do I recommend this place? Staff are never available when you need them, they increase your lease every year and on 2022 they had increased it crazily high not worth the price.

Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.

Once you choose your apartment, click on the Apply Now button next to the unit you’d like to apply for to begin the application process. Then you just need to follow the instructions to submit your secured application online.
Yes, we do offer virtual tours through maac.com. Click on the “Tour Your Way” button on the community page and follow the instructions to request a virtual tour.
It’s as easy as starting with the city where you want to live or currently live! Just select your city and you’ll see all available communities that MAA has to offer in the area. Next, you will be able to choose from the map or click on a community link.
