ii lived here for a good 7months . Not only were their crackheads in the hallway ; roaches in the apartment, the washing machines were always breaking. The people in the office are the rudest I have ever encountered. I had two cars in my lease & they would tow one of them every other week saying it “looked” broken down . Their are wasp nest all over the balcony’s. The people they hire to tow the cars actually break open cars to steal from . We actually witnessed it and called police . An incident happens where someone actually broke into an apartment below me . I left as fast as I could . Not worth it & they upped the price DEFINITELY NOT WORTh it !

New owners are awful. They refuse to fix anything the place is a dump. it’s sad that the Remington is cleaner. This place once was good new owners are slum lords. Run far far far away.

My car was broken into and when i wanted to see what the cameras captured. To my amazement none of the cameras worked and have not been working for MONTHS! Cindy from the office was very empathetic about my concerns. Betsy didnt even come to speak with me. Which is very rude and thats not how you deal with a safety issue on your grounds. Do not come here here. Its not safe and they only want your rent monwy and could care less about your safety.
