I moved on Sunday September 11 when I arrived at the offices they told me that the apartment they had assigned me for the one I had applied for was not ready, AMber the girl who handled my case never contacted me to tell me that the apartment was not ready, which seemed inefficient to me since I had signed my contract, However, the one who solved the whole problem for me that day and I congratulate her and admire her work is Miss TIFANI who looked for the solution to my problem even though she told me that I couldn't move that day, she looked for me and got me another apartment, Without a doubt, Tifani is the best there in the office. She is the only one who speaks Spanish. Nobody else speaks Spanish with her. I have been communicating with her since I moved. She has solved my problems in the apartment.

My experience with this community had been terrible since moved in!!! Ac unit was leaking refrigerant and system keep running day and night…for 2 years just adding refrigerant if they show up with no face cover or booties sometimes they go back and never come…things are broken and never want to replace such as thermostat. Toilet. Cheap management!!! Customer service is horrible!!! Lucky if I speak with someone ..and they hung up!!! As today someone called CHEYENNE!!! No sense of customer service …happy am leaving soon !!! don’t come here please…

Love Timberlake Apartments. Love the area and all the trees around. I like that when I put in a maintenance request they come the same day. The only thing I don’t like is that Timberlake forces you to pay for their cable/internet services. I was paying less for my internet and now I am paying $25 more per month. I really think this is something the tenant should be able to choose whether they want the service or not.
