Amazing!! Went in without an appointment and they still helped us find an apartment. We went in on Saturday and they still took the time to show us around. Amazing pools, hammocks, gym area. Everyone is friendly and super kind. great pricing and beautiful outdoor fire place. Updated appliances as well!

Edit to respond to the manager comment First we did have storage that we rented but not so convenient to go to a different floor to grab our things. No storage in MOST unit. Closet not big at all. The manager mentioned the 5% increase in our rent but we weren't going to stay in a studio anymore. And they wouldn't offer you discount if you want to transfer to a bigger unit. You pay like everyone else which to us it would've been more than $400 extra per month. I did send pictures of the not so clean pool to the office but received a similar response like below. Literally didn't put my foot in it the whole year and I love swimming but was like whatever. I think living in Florida the pool needs to be cleaned daily. The fireplace is definitely nice. I asked them to keep interior amenities open and lock there office which does have separate glass door but that's something they wouldn't do. Again, we loved imt it just didn't suit our needs no more and wasn't fair for the price we were going to pay which now it's hundreds more. Original: Lived here for a year in a studio. Wanted to upgrade because we love it but they have no storage except in their 3 bedrooms. Their kitchen is small for all their floor plans.. And the price went up so much just like everywhere else. I wish they cleaned the pool everyday, and had the amenities open all the time. Shout out to the maintenance team they're all great and shout out to Keishla and Stephanie for being so professional and helpful in anything we ever needed. If they put more storage in, we're coming back! 1 roach in 13 months living in a first floor apartment! That's major especially in Florida!! Sad to leave imt.

Place is exactly what was advertised and Kieshla in the leasing office made everything easy especially with touring. Also I was from out of town and Kieshla communicated very well the steps I needed to complete to secure my lease. We needed maintainence on our second day of move in due to a button on our washer not working, Austin came in a fixed it right away and was very friendly.
