They are pretty helpful at this store. Seem to be rather knowledgeable too. There isn't a curb to cross to get into the store so it should be wheelchair accessible too. They have curbside pickup. My daughter ordered a starter online and added me to be able to pick up. Showed them my ID, it was easy enough. Got the starter home and installed in her car and it worked just fine. Thank you O'Reilly!

Never buy anything from them,you can ask every question about auto's and get great answers, but they won't tell you the return policy....battery's no return brought 2 new battery's $232. And some change. Stuck with them STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHANG ...The Milpitas location a no go
