After seeing the apartment with Jasmine, we decided to move-in. We are moving from Washington, then found this hidden gems with a good experience and SATISFY. It's NEW, CLEAN, MODERN STYLE, and close to everything with-in 15 minutes. You should move here if you are looking for good apartment that included: quiet-safe neighbor, good school district, garage parking, cleaned-new playgrounds, close to works - markets - restaurants, reasonable pricing, quick & fully staff supported. I highly recommend and hope you don't miss the chance.

I am a former tenant of this apartment, lived here for 1 year. Good: Refreshing interiors, latest appliances, beautiful neighborhood, amenities, good connectivity to BART. Bad: Very thin floors, I used to get complaints almost every week from intolerant downstairs neighbor, this was the primary reason I moved out of here and management did nothing to resolve this issue apart from calling every week and making life miserable. Faulty fire alarm in the building, this was a common occurrence atleast once in a month. Noise from railway track near by. Overall this was just okay.

Lived here for four years. This was my first apartment building in the Bay Area and I really enjoyed my time here. I love its location. It feels very calm and quiet here compared to most of the Bay area (because of its secluded entrance), yet it's walking distance from the Bart and the Great Mall. The apartment building and its amenities are very well maintained. The best part is the management team here, Cecilia, Elena, and Karan are awesome. They go out of their way to accommodate you. I'd be still living here if they had a larger apartment with a floor plan I liked available.

We started applying for the Amalfi apartments late March 2021 within two weeks we were approved and moved into our new apartment. The process was smooth and rapid with the help of Cecilia she answered all our questions. Cecilia helped make our move as smooth as possible and checked in with us a week after we moved. We are loving the community so far and happy to call these apartments our new home. HUGE thank you to Cecilia and the Amalfi office staff for all their help!
