I used Red Chillies to cater my daughter's birthday for 50 guests. I have to say the food was absolutely fantastic! The parottas were perfectly flaky and the curries were just the right amount of spice and abundant with flavor. The party guests really enjoyed it and the quantity of food was very generous. Payment options were convenient. Couple that with timely delivery and excellent customer service from Mr. Joshy , this turned out to be an excellent experience. Mr Joshy even helped us to set the the buffet up for my guests ! I would really recommend using them for catering services if you are looking at serving Malabar food

The food is good but you can expect longer wait times, especially on a weekend! I ordered online at 12pm and initially it said 20 mins to get ready… but after I went there, it took me about an hour to get my lunch order, which was close to 1.30pm. Whenever I ask the store manager, she kept saying 5 mins and was rude on the phone as well. Hoping the customer service improves in the future

The food was very bad. Nothing was good. Appam and veg stew wasn’t the saving grace. We had to ask for salt to he added in all the dishes. And we paid a lot of money for a below average meal. We were robbed in simple terms.
