Very unprofessional the worst clinic you can go to, dont waste your time. You will be sitting in the waiting room while the worker running their mouth and you still have not even been checked in. They just want to scam your insurance company by keep giving appointments and delivery no results. Also they do not put your results in the computer that has been giving you at the appointment into the computer like shotwise for children they will not have them in the computer so you will not know if your child really had the shot or not because this how unprofessional they are

Can someone please answer the phone. Most mailboxes are full for days. This is a medical center and it needs to be accessible to all patient callers. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE. This is the worst place ever. Bad attitudes that radiates "WE DON'T GIVE A DAMN". CDC GUIDELINES ARE NOT BEING FOLLOWED BY MEDICAL AND NONE MEDICAL STAFF!!!! Worst service for low income/poor black people. TERRIBLE!!!

If u could give these people a negative 20 i would.called to schedule an appointment at the beginning of the week. Was told i could come in on a Saturday which i thought was strange but i needed to be seen so i took the scheduled appointment. They called thursday to confirm the appointment for that saturday at noon. Well that saturday comes and i go to call them and couldnt get thru. I legit call at 11:30 just to get the "we are closed" automated message. Now either the phones are down or the woman who scheduled my appointment just petty. Either way i wouldnt reccommend this place to anyone
