I called in to check on my application that I had kept putting in for several different locations, the lady I spoke to on the phone said she pulled my application and she was putting them in for the properties. So I called today to check on the application from almost 2 months ago and she said she can't find my application. So when I called her out and asked her why she said she pulled my application and put in for the properties if she can't find it now. So she said she was going to write on my application and tell her manager I was rude and I called her a lier but I didn't, I didn't say not nothing rude to her or even say the L word lol 🤣. She got mad at me because she the one not doing her job and telling people she pulling your application but really she not. It's ok though that's explains why I never got approved for any of the properties because my application was never pulled. 🤷🏾‍♀️

REVIEW UPDATE!!!!!!!!!⬇️⬇️⬇️ 7/24/19 I would like update my review with this company. I want to start off by saying that we paid our rent on time every month with no problem and I didn’t have a problem with this company until I was forced to stay in a condo that had mold in both closets with a young toddler. I was specifically told that if we left before our contract was up that we would not receive our security deposit back. It took them several days to even come and fix the issue if you call painting over the area fixing it. The mold ruined our shoes and some clothing items and to top it off they had some guy come who looked like he was jut some random off the street to come and fix it. Who knows if he was even a true mold expert to fix the mold issue. There were several things that could have been played out differently with this company on their end. After signing the lease and getting the keys to our rental we walked in to see that the place was trashed and not cleaned up at all had been recently painted but there was trash everywhere used coke bottles in the bathroom, black stuff in the fridge and in the freezer. So needless to say the condo needed a full cleanup which luckily we had family to help out with. The last thing that I would like to complain about is the fact that the company tried to keep our security deposit check. we gave them a 60 day notice that we would no longer be staying after the situation with the mold; the company only requires a 30 day notice. The company claimed they sent the check out in the mail and mailed it to our new address 30 days after us moving out of the condo. Well I waited the 30 days and I still had not received a check from them. On top of not receiving the check they said they would have to cancel the check and deduct $36 for an inconvenience fee for the bank. The company did not have a tracking number for the check to see where it would be going if it was delivered or anything but I’m the one that has to pay for the inconvenience fee! Also they gave us a hard time about the check and then stated that they took out money from the check prior to us ever getting the check for things that needed to be fixed in the condo which they never called us, emailed us or anything to let u know how much they would be taking out of our security deposit, and also they had not even gone over the checklist we submitted to them because when my husband asked for a copy of the original checklist we submitted to them of things that needed to be fixed when we moved in to compare with what they were charging us with they said oh well we will have to find it. So sure enough they charged us for things that were on the checklist. We finally got our security deposit back but it was short because of the inconvenience fee and the items that needed to be fixed. At this point we were both over everything so we took whatever was left and never looked back! This was the worst experience and I would not recommend anyone to rent through them. Previous May2018 review: About 5 months ago I posted a review of this place based on my first encounter with them. When I first made my review I didn’t realize that the lady working up front was wearing so many professional hats and deals with a lot as far as her work load. I’m not he kind of person to hold a grudge or be afraid to say I was wrong about someone. I am now writing a new review and I am also currently renting through this company and I must say that it has been a wonderful experience. Every time I have an issue they work very hard to make sure that I am satisfied and I really appreciate that especially with this being my first rental place. I haven’t had any issues and I love my rental place Thank you QPM team!

DO NOT RENT!!!! They will not force the actual owners to fix anything until you either attempt to renew the lease or get evicted. If your balance is good and current they will not fix anything. So i stopped paying and moved out. I happened to stop back by for the last of my stuff and what do you know they were fixing the entire heat/ac unit. My guess is quality would not continue to manage the property if he didn't fix it but why not do that for your tenants and stand up to the home owners anyway. Especially when they kept their balance current. Smh if something is broken, oh well you'll have to wait til renewal of lease or eviction.

First off I would like to say TRASH!!! They will Lie and steal from you . They are rude, unprofessional, and outrageous. There homes are horrible. If you rent from them they will charge you for things that was wrong with the home before you even moved in. and make up lies to not give you your deposit back. There home have led base pain in them and they don’t tell you this on the lease and they are infested with bugs. They will rent out units that are destroyed and tell you that the houses are nice when they are not. I am so in baffled right now. I don’t know how a company like this even stays open. I will be calling up on them because they need to be reviewed because it is not safe to rent condemned homes To people. And they do it because they are the only company in Burlington that don’t look in to your back ground so you got lower class people living in these infested homes and moldy homes because that’s all they can get in to and it’s sad. They should treat there tants better but they will not . And they people at the office Oh MY GOD they are so unprofessional.
