These people are not to be trusted. They took my application fee for a property that they falsely advertised. When I viewed the actual apartment it wasn't the apartment on the website. Plus, they won't EVER answer the phone if you need them They call when THEY want to call. You won't see a real person. They do everything digitally. They're jerks!

This company is absolutely disgusting they charge you for panting out of your security deposit they charged $1600 for normal ware and tear! They also charged us for carpet cleaning when in the lease agreement it states if we get the carpets cleaned and provide a receipt before we leave there will be no charge. They charged anyway. They are very disrespectful and don’t respond to you at all! We will be having our lawyer sue this company for the overcharge and we haven’t received the remainder of our deposit $500 out of the $2400 we paid to move in. If you go with this company beware and be prepared I promise you won’t get your security deposit back even if you patch any holes! Disgusting

Based solely on the responses to reviews I can tell you should not rent from them unless you have a lawyer or law degree, because you will have to sue them to get what is right and for them to own up to anything. I do believe they are one of the companies we called after looking directly on line for a place to rent and they were disrespectful treating us like a waste of time. Jokes on them we have had our rent paid through August with a different company. Hopefully they will be super awesome to the tenants they have and they will get better reviews and not just from the landlords.

I had the unfortunately experience of dealing with one of this agency’s brokers, Iris Lee, and let me tell you how unprofessional the whole experience was and a total waste of time. I reached out to this broker to do a virtual tour of a property she had just listed for rent. After multiple texts and a call, the showing dragged a whole week, apparently the house number was wrong, they didn’t have the keys, etc. I had to follow up multiple times to schedule a viewing. When I finally saw the property, I asked for an application, which was never emailed to me. I texted and then called Iris and then she told me someone already submitted an application for the place and she doesn’t want to waste my time. She had previously told me that even if there are multiple applications, the owner will review all of them, which later turned out to be a lie. I was never even given the opportunity to apply. Iris and her agency WASTED precious time for me and I definitely do not recommend working with them.
