I've been using this company for internet for the past 10 years now and sure it has its moments but all n all I have 3 ps4s 2 tvs and a 4 cameras it may be lil slower than some other companies but I'm pleased with them and they do have good customer service

We live in the county where there is not a lot of options for internet service. We started out with Sunflower Broadband and the service and speeds were terrible. We contacted Wicked Broadband and established service with them. Not only are the speeds great for county areas but the customer service is OUTSTANDING! We have not had many issues but when a problem occurs Daniel with Wicked has been absolutely fabulous to work with. He is quick to respond and is eager to resolve the problem. I highly recommend Wicked Broadband for internet service.

We have been without internet for 2 days now. It is the weekend plus New Years so we can’t get ahold of anyone to fix it because their hours are limited. We have service through the quail creek townhomes. When we have internet, it seems to work great. Edit: Once we got ahold of them, they were quick to solve the issue.

I started with dial up, have had Hughes Net, and switched to Wicked when they were Lawrence Freenet years ago. The few times I have had to contact for service they have been very responsive and provided excellent service with very little delay. It is very nice not to have a limited service and not be throttled down. I would definitely recommend them.
