I have lived at Beacon Lakes for almost 2 years and I have never been happier! This is a great place to live!! I live on the big pond and I could sit outside all the time and watch the water and it is so peaceful!!

My roommate and I moved to Beacon Lake Apartments in May 2020. The apartment was very appealing in the aspect of being a quiet, friendly neighborhood and large living spaces. The beginning of living here was great. However, our washer has been broken for 4 weeks now and we have not gotten an update on when we will receive a new washer. My roommate and I have been having to go to the laundromat and pay to clean our clothes simply because they cannot fix the problem in a timely manner. We have reached out to the office via maintenance requests and phone calls several times and no one seems to return our calls. It is super frustrating, especially since my roommate and I increased the price of what we wanted to pay for rent to have an in unit washer and dryer. This is one of the many problems why we have decided not to live here next year and move to a different apartment complex.

I recently moved from Beacon Lakes Apartments after living there 12.5 years. I'd like to give special kudos to Will, the head maintenance guy, for all that he has done for me down through the years. He's always friendly and uplifting and tries his best to get any problems dealt with quickly and effectively. He's great to be around and always listens. He's a great asset to Beacon Lakes and I wish him the best! Thanks also to Alana for listening and making my departure pleasant.

We moved from Ohio and were actually interested in a sister property of this place, but by chance happened to come to this one, and we are so glad we did. We literally finalized this apartment within minutes. It is peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are good. No safety or concerns in regards to crime because mason is a small place. Maintenance and service is good, Will, the maintenance guy is so trustworthy. Kyle in the office is doing such a good job, and she has such a happy face and positive attitude, which makes you feel warm and not like you’re dealing with just some company management. There are monthly activities for the residents such as ice cream trucks, bingo games etc, which we find are good initiatives to keep people connected. The new property manager Zach, is nice and seems like he’s on top of everything to make things as comfortable as possible for the residents. We are sad to be moving out of our apartment (purely for work reasons!!), but we hope Kyle and the team continue doing the good job that they are doing now.
