Great HR Department.

It's just okay with just okay pay for what they're expecting of you while they're short-handed terribly so. Part time people get paid so much that they make what Full time people make in the entire week. No opportunities for PT folks, literally none. Just show up for work, do the work of three people, and go home. FT folks offered all sorts of opportunity after 90 days for moving up etc. HR department was garbage when I was there. They don't know whether they're coming or going. They'd rather hire young adults with ZERO experience in HR, than hire hardened adults with experience that could make a REAL different in how employees are treated there. Lots of injuries every day there. Mostly caused by people that were trained improperly continuing to make the same bad choices and causing further injuries. Most of the regular employees there are decent folk with good attitudes. Some of management on the floor want help with new people with experience or the willingness to learn but can't get it because of that horrible HR department. Fairly sure corporate knows too, but they don't care since it's cheaper to just let people go before 90 days and rehire new ones that have no clue.
