While Sen Dai has been a longstanding favorite of our family, continued rising prices and limited in-house dining has made this a less frequent choice. When ordering a bento meal to-go, they do not include the soup but charge the same as dining in, which was not disclosed. They still make some of the tastiest custom sushi rolls around, if you can afford it.

This is my favorite sushi place in the bay area. Their ingredients are amazing and the portion of the raw fish on sushi is more than most. Really loved it.

As of Saturday it's take out only, order online in advance. When ready the food is brought to the door, no entry into the restaurant. To pick up you show your email receipt on your ohone with list of items and they find the right package which is passed to you through a hole cut out of a plastic curtain.
