I really liked how the two ladies at the front desk were very polite and professional. Also the nurse who explained the procedures and final results for Franklin. I truly believe all businesses are no better than there employees. It means a lot to be recognized, then asked to allow them to get to you once current transaction is completed... -Veterinarian staff is incompetent. -Unable to diagnose correctly my dogs symptoms (more than once). —misdiagnosed heart murmur —misdiagnosed lost of eyesight -last visit, My dog was in pain and they did not wanted to provide any medication (while we waited to get the correct tests and treatment). -they are quick to perform costly procedures — deep teeth cleansing when it is not needed. -no flexibility when having urgent appointment requests. -If you want your animal/pet to be well, Do not take your pet to this place. Thankfully, I was able to find a good veterinarian (in San Jose blvd)
