Everyone was amazing! My 3yo was so excited to get his first library card and the experience was the best. The sweet lady at the front desk made it exciting for him to sign his card and then when we went into the children's section we got a tour and went on a scavenger hunt. Thank you for making it so fun for my little one!!

Used to be a go to library for all my school and activity but soon fell off over the years. I used to read manga from here and now they look worn out and terrible. Staff are okay tho. I really miss the old times.

Questions & Answers

Is this library a public library? I went here and a woman told me there’s a monthly fee.

Hello! This is a location of Jacksonville Public Library, free to residents of Duval County and many others (DCPS students, military and their families, college/university students in Duval County, those who teach (any school or homeschool) in Duval County). For those who don't qualify for a free card there are quarterly and annual memberships available for $25/quarter. Might that have been what the staff member was talking about?

Does this liberary have Tax forms and instruction for 2021?

Argyle Branch Library | Sep 11, 2021

Hi, Fengian. The Argyle Branch will not have the forms or instruction books this year. Forms are available at Webb Wesconnett Regional Library on 103rd St. The closest location with forms and instruction booklets is South Mandarin on the other side of the Buckman. You may want to see if Clay County libraries have them as well. Thank you for asking.

Hi, Donald. Right now, we're only offering curbside pickup of materials at this branch. We hope to have the branch open for inside service soon. The closest location with inside service is Webb Wesconnett Regional Library on 103rd just east of I-295. You can find hours here: https://jaxpubliclibrary.org/locations/charles-webb-wesconnett-regional. Hope that helps!
