Debra Cox is the best!! She let us walk around and look for ourselves. She wasn't breathing down our necks. When we were ready, she answered all of our questions thoroughly. She is friendly, professional and caring. I highly recommend this store and Debra!!

Customer service very attentive and knowledgeable. A nice selection of livingroom setups, bedrooms of various styles and you can sit in a recliner and hang out without being bugged. Btw, good Labor Day savings going on.

This has nothing to do with the people in the store but the company itself. We ordered multiple items one being a bed frame. It is missing pieces to complete the build. We call the support team and they tell us they ordered the missing pieces and that was a month ago. Still no item has been shipped and they are telling me it may be until mid September until they get an order. Never again will I buy from this company. Terrible experience
