Dr. Acree is so nice and very knowledgeable. Great with animals. Very tender and caring.

Front desk clerk rude and appeared very annoyed to be working there. Couldn’t find my dogs chart even though i was just there last week. Very negative attitude and when I offered to show my receipt that i had been there she said “ I’m not calling you a liar “ . The vet himself is very nice but he lost a customer because of his front desk clerk hates her job.

The staff was very pleasant. Went in for a walk in appointment and was seen fairly quickly. I liked that we were brought into the exam area with our dog. Most places they keep you in the small room and take the dog in back without you. Our dog felt so much better with us in the room with her the whole time. We will be back!

I had never even been to Cedar Hills animal clinic and my very elderly dog was turned away from my regular vets office "off" hours in an emergency situation. I in the few miles it took to go from one office to the other didn't even call ahead of time of arrival. I called from the parking lot and they immediately came out with a rolling cart to assist. After Dr. Acree was done and the dust settled at the pay window realized there was no one else there. They saw us during the lunch or closed hours. Okay so I am crying now. It really meant the world to me. He even helped my Sammy end of life in our SUV. Sam was so afraid of the vets office and the compassion Dr. Acree and his staff has is simply wonderful. Especially in that sad time. We now have two rescues and both are patients of Cedar Hills animal clinic. My Alice who is a bit animal aggressive sits in the car until they call is into a room. They never judge her or her breed and always know us by name.
Best canine/feline vet in our city.....they don't take Care Credit, though.
Dr. Acree is fantastic! I have been with him for more than 13 years. He really talks to you and does not recommend unnecessary procedures to make you spend more money.
