Yeah, I agree with Dragon. I don't think they do & it's really not a good idea.
I don't think so, they are a very reputable vet. It's like cutting off the last digit of each of your fingers. It's not as simple as removing nails only. It's very painful and takes away the ONLY defense a cat has to protect itself. Consider rehoming the cat.
