My Boston is a new PT for Dr. Acree and we went in today for a follow-up. I was told Dr. Acree was in surgery between certain hours. My question is, does he have someone who will take his patients in case of an emergency during such times?

I had never even been to Cedar Hills animal clinic and my very elderly dog was turned away from my regular vets office "off" hours in an emergency situation. I in the few miles it took to go from one office to the other didn't even call ahead of time of arrival. I called from the parking lot and they immediately came out with a rolling cart to assist. After Dr. Acree was done and the dust settled at the pay window realized there was no one else there. They saw us during the lunch or closed hours. Okay so I am crying now. It really meant the world to me. He even helped my Sammy end of life in our SUV. Sam was so afraid of the vets office and the compassion Dr. Acree and his staff has is simply wonderful. Especially in that sad time. We now have two rescues and both are patients of Cedar Hills animal clinic. My Alice who is a bit animal aggressive sits in the car until they call is into a room. They never judge her or her breed and always know us by name.

Been taking my kitties to dr acree since early '90s. The dr & staff always compassionate & professional. Would not consider ever going anywhere except to dr acree.

He has been great with five different dogs for us. We have had to put down two girls but him and his staff was great with us. I am thankful for him and his staff.
