Unfortunately there is nothing good about this staff I went to try and pick up my package from there before it was delivered i was told they no longer can get package off truck that it must be delivered?? I would think you would rather save gas.by taking 5min and off load a package.???

If your looking to ship something important or something you need delivered in a timely fashion look elsewhere. Fed ex or usps are better options. However carrier pidgions or driving it to the destination yourself still would be much faster and less risk of ups screwing it up. Paid expedited next day shipping on something important. (Shipping was more than the product). Product was in Fort Myers next day by 9am (Friday) as scheduled.... now suddenly its showing eta Monday and after 4 customer service calls later its still Monday. UPS is terrible!!!

I recommend you call the center. They have several options you can choose from.
Hi, unfortunately, our customer center in Fort Myers, FL is not open over the weekend. Their operation hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
