If you can avoid this place and you have real medical need, do so. I came in because I was having chest pains and thought I was never going to leave but the care I saw people not getting in the ER was really quite enlightening. I never come to this hospital ever again. I will feel myself to be in better care. I have to say the staff is very helpful. It's just there's such an overcrowding problem that it just causes a lot of angst that is unnecessary.

My husband fainted while he was on call with me (I was out of States). I called this hospital and ask them to send there someone to save my man. Lady kept saying that she can’t do anything because they are hospital and not 911 (which I couldn’t call because I was in Europe at the time). At the end, when I was desperately begging for help, she hang up the call. He was lying outside of the house, unconscious and hospital lady couldn’t do anything. Bul*$hi&. He is ok now BTW. But not thanks to this hospital.
