Horrible customer service especially for a healthcare facility. Try to support my own but I asked front desk if the facility was owned by "black people" because that was the exact type of service I recieve. The front desk you g lady was LOUD and ride I went from walk in to front desk 3 times and still was unable to do walk in. This was after I updated my personal information. Still unable to see walk in because per them they are understaffed. Why say you have walk in. Again front desk young lady is loud for no reason with all incoming patients. I will stick to what I know. Quality care is a must and if customer service is off that sets the tone. I will stick to what I know.

They quit helping poor and homeless people by changing the requirements for sliding scale fee. They did this by requiring you to show them information that a lot of poor and homeless people normally would not have. Like bank statements and bills with your name on them. If your homeless how can you have a bill with your name on it?? Or a bank statement? How many homeless people do you know with bank accounts?? I have been coming here for almost 10 years with no problem and now all of sudden they are refusing to help me.

This place is terrible !!! I hate that this place is terrible because it is a predominantly black establishment. The people at the check in desk aren’t pleasant , the doctor’s in the ob/gyn department don’t give good energy (except for Dr. Brown, she’s great) . The pharmacy staff is not pleasant. It’s hard to get anyone on the phone when calling up there. I have had an appointment at 10am and did not get my prescription sent to the pharmacy that is right downstairs until 4pm. I scheduled a follow up appointment per Doctor’s request and when I got there they were asking me why I was there smh. That’s ridiculous because it seems like they just had me schedule just to bill my insurance because they didn’t do any following up.

Have tried to contact them for the last month and no call back . I am out of my medication. The reception is rude and nasty person. I hate this place.
