I was referred to this clinic after I decided it was time to find an integrative / functional approach to my daughter's on-going issues, specifically, eczema, chronic GI pain, and some behavioral issues. Best decision I've ever made for her to come here. First of all, the clinic is BEAUTIFUL and it's such a pleasure to come to this place. But more importantly, all of the staff members, including front desk, nurses, doctors, and lab techs were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and thorough in helping Autumn get diagnosed and treated. I don't have to worry about my girl anymore, I know she's in good hands, and I'm so grateful for the team here. I'm a business coach (not their's), and so I can spot businesses that are run really well, and this one certainly is.

Medicaid and Medicare won't pay Funtional Medical doctors. That's who you need to complain to. It would be great if they did.
That is correct we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid
We do not have a Maria in billing. We do not have a Maria in this office at all. We DO accept Blue Cross PPO and Cigna PPO. Not all of our providers are in network with them. But once your insurance is verified they will schedule you with an in network provider. We do not accept Blue Cross Federal.

Out of network means that your insurance may pay a portion, but a smaller portion than in network. Also we do NOT accept any forms Medicare.

Progressive is actually a combination of many things. It is considered a specialist's office. However we do have Medical Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors, A Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Registered Dieticians, Nurse Practitioners, An I.V. department, A physical medicine department, a weight loss coach, a full gym, sauna, hyperbaric chambers and much more.
Care credit yes. Payment plans would have to be discussed with billing. No HMO plans are accepted. It depends on the type of treatment you are seeking, there are many treatments for the hip and knee.
An initial visit is $170.
We are not in network with any Medicare or Medicaid plans.

No Kaiser is not in network with us. Only BCBS PPO and Cigna PPO are in network. You can check with your insurance company to see if they will cover out of network services, each plan is different.

The only insurances we take are BCBS PPO and Cigna PPO, everything else is out of network or we do not accept it. But we do have self pay pricing plans that a billing representative can go over with you at your first visit. The first visit cost is $150.

You should call and speak with a scheduler about setting up an appointment for her. Because she is over the age of 18, she will have to consent to treatment, but you can call with her to get information too.
I believe this same thing happened to me. I took Lyrica for about 6 months, then came off very slowly. Have not had a single problem since so I think the fibromyalgia diagnosis was incorrect.
