What a ridiculously unnecessarily aggravating experience. Michael should not be allowed within 100 feet of any customer. He had something to say AGAINST everything I needed to do and when I offered work around, they seemed to irritate him. THEN, I had to get a flash drive to save a scanned item. They have security pegs to keep items from being stolen so I just tore the item packaging that it was hanging on because I was about to buy it and discard the packaging anyway. Michael had something to say about that too. HE was supposed to remove it. I reminded him I was in the process of buying it and did it really matter. He said the security cameras see what they see. I said well, the security cameras can see me buy it too. He is a tiny little petty man trying to exert authority and dominance in a placewhere it is not required. If you go there and find yourself standing across from Michael, go stand in the other line. You will be much happier.

We are no longer using fed ex..take your "SURCHARGES" and rip off everyone else . we're only a 100 person business but others will follow suit

I needed one page for a ticket printed out.. it's 24 cents the regular price and now they have a surcharge $2.50 and tax so it's $2.92 to have one page black and white printed .. another way for a company to rip you off in this economy
