Hey Jack, Good question, a pro tip to keep some problem areas looking top notch includes, making sure that yard irrigation does not overspray on your driveways/sidewalks and your home’s exterior siding “the large brownish stains that we removed” those are water stains that could return sooner than you would like without some minor sprinkler adjustment. Exterior nightime lighting could be used as minimal as possible keeping the pest debris at bay. Hope this helps and keep in mind our cleaning methods kill the organic matter completely which provides that long lasting clean. We will see you 2022.
