HORRIBLE!!! Please read this post: On 5/12/2022 the original technician did nothing, except submit that parts were needed (3 overall) and established a follow-up date of 5/31/2022. By setting a follow-up date of 5/31, this company left us without a refrigerator or freezer for nearly Three Weeks (3 weeks). There was No Rush or Urgency whatsoever. AND, even after numerous calls, there was no way we could get Sears to change that original follow-up date. So, this company took their sweet time locating the parts and repairing my refrigerator/freezer. That is HORRIBLE. IF the first guy would have marked everything "RUSH" or "URGENT", with a shorter follow-up period, our services could have been restored much sooner...
