The apartments are decent, pretty spacious even though it looked like nobody had cleaned it in a few years. There's a lot of drama, police activity and this walking-check-of-a-landlord does is sit back and collect the rent. He doesn't care. If you're not moving into the cheapest spot in the city of Brooksville, someone else damn sure will. You get what you pay for pretty much.

The apartments are pretty nice, it's the crime rate in the area that removed two stars from this review. For a while local delivery companies wouldn't even deliver to these apartments.

The maintenance guy is good at not doing his job the buildings are roach infested and not taken care of I don't live there I have friends that do and they're moving as fast as possible

I just, called Robert Buckner he sold these 2 years ago and has nothing to do with them. The number on there isn't right. I cannot get in touch with anyone
