All aspects of the project were communicated well, work was done on time and beyond expectations, and it's clear that the team is hiring young folks from the area and training them up, which is great.

My experience with LRE, specifically Brian P. was fantastic! My home had previous foundation issues which were repaired by another company which is now out of business. We were planning on doing work on the home when a contractor suggested we get the home looked at after finding indicators of the home sinking. Once we discovered the previous company was out of business is when our stress levels peaked worrying about the warranty which is now nullified. I contacted LRE to inspect the home to see if there was further damage. Brian arrived on time, walked through the home with me and listened to my concerns and the previous work done. He looked at the schematics of the work completed and explained the meaning behind everything. With his assessment being the home was in great shape and the indicators pointed out by my contractor were most likely from before the work on the home occurred. Brian put me at ease and with this showed the honesty of his company that they wouldn’t attempt to just sell work to someone who didn’t need it. I can’t express how much at ease I felt after and educated I was on the work completed on my home. Though no work was formally completed if anyone ever asked for a recommendation, this would be THE company I would recommend. Honest, knowledgeable, a long term business which for warranties sake is great, and kind.
