Combs Service went WAY above my expectations! I called to ask about a start relay for my refrigerator. They matched the part based on the model number I had given them. (This was incorrect on my part.) After picking up the part and trying to replace it, I realized that the part was not going to work. I called back 15 minutes before they closed to see if they could help me at closing time. Bill ended up calling me back to review what had happened. He allowed me to come back, since I was local, so that he could take a look at the old part in comparison. Bill Combs got me the correct part that I needed without hesitation. No one at this office talked down to me or tried to tell me to have a tech come out. They were supportive in my wish to try fixing my appliance myself and guided me through it. Absolute excellent customer service and great people!

I’ve used Combs a few months ago to repair my refrigerator and was very pleased with their services. Last week they came to check my dryer because it’s taking it twice as much time to dry up my clothes The repairman came , spent 10 minutes checking it, told me nothing is wrong with it and charged me $45!!! He didn’t fixed a thing. Still having the same issue with the dryer. I understand he had to come here and spent 10 minutes explaining he couldn’t find nothing wrong, but it’s a ripoff to charge $45 for that. He should have told me he doesn’t know what the problem is, since my dryer still malfunctioning and not charge me for that or at least offer someone else who’s more knowledgeable to come and check it!!
