Very well inspirational place that helps people with low income in their time of need very experienced and understanding God gave them the gift to help others in need
DeVondra Beauford
Never helpful in Clay , never respectful always talking over the person calling to ask questions, never letting a person really speak to get the issue out to see if they are able to help or provide resources. Terrible experience twice when I’m just looking for resources as my case wouldn’t be here
Charles Bostick
No help at all
Susan Snyder
Doing an excellent job with my will.

i think it's better to call them and ask.
I say you call legal aid to make an appointment. They should be able to help. If they cant help go to the courthouse to 2102 i think, its right above the stairs and they will provide you with a list of paperwork you can print out and file in order to take the neccessary steps. You can request supervised visitation for him. Once they give you the list you can print the paperwork out right outside of the office. Depending on your income, you can probably even file for free or for a low amount.
I would suggest calling the office for assistance.

Yes and you hurt we Fight!
Yes
These questions usually don't get answered by anyone from the business you're trying to contact. Just a FYI. I suggest checking their website in the self help areas. They have a lot of information available online. They also have free legal clinics, and one of those might help you. Those are also listed on their website. You can try setting an appointment with them to get more detailed information about your specific situation by calling, going in person, or requesting one from their website.
You can try using their website. Click where it says "apply for help" and they will call you.
They can advice on the process and the paperwork
Probably because of coivd 19 they have limited staff members
If it was shipped to the post office, then you would need to check with the post office.

No they don't, you can call 211 for assistance
It is best to walk in. You have to fill out a form and then they can see if they can help you.
I was there because my mother needed help with immigration issue and as far as I know they help for free.
Good luck
I'm not sure you I think they can help you
File a lawsuit against them in small claim court and include the court cost in claim. The court cost is just about $150 but when they see your taking them to court they almost always settle.

I concur with Leif Harrison go to the office, ask that the case be closed. Be firm, but polite

Either call them for an appointment, or set one up through their website by clicking were it says "apply for help"
I am the tenant. All my accounts have been hacked including banking which now has a debit balance. I have asked them to work with me for I get my SS check on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, but they refuse and say I will be evicted 2/7.
Your best help would be to call an attorney for that kind of advice.
Thanks for the info
There is information available on their website to help walk you through what to do. There are also clinics available to help. If you would like to speak with one of the attorneys, you'll need to call to set up an appointment, or set one up through their website.
They do. They have information on their website, probably a free clinic, too. If you want an appointment, you'll need to call, stop in, it schedule one online. Their employees don't answer these questions.
On their website, they have a self help section that does include information about landlords and tenants. Also, they do have free clinics listed on their website. Outside of these, you can call, go in person, or go their website to request an appointment.
Start with social security, homeless shelter and theres places that are income based with disability
They also have workshops/sessions where they inform the public and help us understand
They are knowledgeable about this type laws, etc.
Yes and no they advise you on what to do and maybe able to help you with all your problems but you will have to go there and find out.
Walk in or try getting a legal aid referral from CMS medical.
The address you going to is good help. They go by you income.
This information is public. You can get this information at the tax collection office on Forsyth 2nd floor.
I believe they can help
Go to the law library in the court house. They will help you with forms and show you where to find instructions. They do not advise you. LegalAid choses a couple of cases to defend out of hundreds being reported per month. Everyone who needs legal help do not get help.
Check the address at the county property tax web site. Good luck. Hope it's not ocean pointe pm.
What's your question? This is a public forum, and you'll get answers from the public. If you're wondering what local towing laws and rights are, then you'll need to look that up yourself, get someone to do it for you, or ask an attorney
