Very nice Community to live in everyone help each other Alice looks out for one another and their new management is amazing and getting things done and making accommodations for their residents my parents lived here for going on 17 years

Antiquated management. Of course you will get 5 star reviews from the staff and the realtors... they work here... the only way to fix it is to get new blood in mgmt.

Paradise Island is $711 plus change. Way too much. Does include water, sewer, basic cable,internet, trash pick up x2 per week, pool, amenities. Too damn many regulations and rules! Only looks like it will get worse in the future. Seriously considering moving out.

How much are the shares? and Management fees? Thanks
