This dealership contacted me and stated if I visit they would honor the national lease offer that is advertised on their own dealership’s website. After driving 1 hour the manager changed the terms of the lease from $209/month to $400-$500 and changed the drive off of $3,899 to $5,000-$6,000. This dealership wasted 4 hours of my family’s time. If you are unwilling to honor national leases advertised on your own website, you should remove it. Before you visit this place, ask them to email you the details of the sale…they won’t!!!

Horrible customer service. I called for an inquiry on a new car and First..the representative (King) seemed like he was asleep, he wasn't really paying attention to what I was saying. Second: he said he will tell his manager to call me which I never got a call back! It was until late in the day that I got a call but from the from the rep. Sorry King, you snooze you loose. I was able to acquire a new car from another dealership who did provide exceptional customer service and went on and beyond. Horrible ethics this dealership has. I don't mind driving a far distance but I am not going to this dealership ever.

10/10 experience. I took my car in for an oil change/check some things out, and it was a very laid back and great experience. Brandon (I believe was his name) helped me and was very kind. He made sure I was all good while I waited and consistently updated me. The waiting area was nice, people checked in on me. I would highly recommend using this location!
