Love this place! The entire staff has always treated us kindly and are very helpful. Anytime I have a question, I know I can call the office and get an answer. I would personally thank Mae. I knew her since 2016, while I stayed in other Avalon communities. She is very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and informative and very helpful. When I call or stop by the office she always greeted by my name. She is very helpful with any of my needs and makes sure all my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. What I really like about her is that, she really cares about the residents and the place, and always strives to provide best service. I would also like to thank Chris. He is very professional, polite and responsive and has got a great attention to detail. He always respond quickly and expertly and keep tenants informed at all times. Also, Maintenance is quick and they fix it right the first time. The residents are all super nice and respectful. It’s easy to get to where we need to go (grocery store, restaurants, etc.). Overall, I had nice experience living here.

I had the best experience. Working with May and Chris. From the moment I walked in to view floor plans, guided tour and back to the leasing office to fill out paperwork. I am living in Eaves San Jose for a little over one year. What I love to live here about is the staffs. They are very nice and very helpful. Especially Veronica. We had an issue with kitchen disposal. We raised an emergency request since it started leaking water onto the kitchen floor. Eaves Maintenance Service is very good. "Santos Andrade" did a great job and fixed the issue for us. Thank you Eaves San Jose for your excellent service response!!!I'm sure the last thing you wanted to see was leaking water Kani, and so glad that Santos was there to answer your call to get it all taken care of for you!
