We gave in our apartment in great condition, and only lived their barely two years. However, the CLEAN carpets had to be replaced foe the next people moving in when we left. So, Avana Apartments charged us for it? Overall, wouldn't go back ever.

Very clean property. Raul was awesome, very knowledgeable. I have been to a few places before I came here and none of them made me feel Comfortable to apply there and move there. My experience here has been okay I've not had any problems most of the neighbors are friendly dumpster has been lit on fire multiple times had my tires slashed once homeless people are often at the dumpsters - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatingsThank you for your feedback! Great to hear that your neighbors have been friendly and havent had any problems while living at Avana San Jose. We have added addtional courtesy patrols at night and added a stationary guard during the day 6 days a week to make sure we're keeping ontop of these issues. We recently renewed our lease at Avana. The staff has been very helpful with work orders, inquiries, and many of our other concerns. Specifically, Raul, the assistant manager, is easy to communicate with. He makes sure he helps the residents with their needs to the utmost satisfaction.
