Luxury dump. Turn around and run if you still have not signed with them. It was truly a horrendous experience. The place was barely livable and the staff did nothing to address the issues. Update on owner response: I do not appreciate this empty gesture of yours. I have contacted that very email address as well as other corporate contacts that I have been able to find on Enclave and Berkshire Communities. I have received no response to this day. It feels like I was robbed by this company. Update #2: owner response has now been removed. Pure class Enclave!

We lived in the Enclave for 1 year, and we enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was nice and spacious (lot of storage space). The location was perfect, very close to a running trail. Maintenance worked well and solved issues quickly. We did experience a bit of noise from our upstairs neighbors, but not enough to subtract stars from the rating. The only reason we moved away was that my wife changed jobs and we needed to move closer to SF.

The Enclave is a great community. It has lovely gardens throughout and the Leasing staff is super attentive. John and Nathan are super friendly.

Very good community. It’s really safe(gated community) and having all the amenities(gym, tennis court, swimming pool and the best is in-house laundry.)
