I lived here for over 4 years, and recently moved out. Here's my updated review. Apartments are ok, some of them felt a little rushed by contractors so build quality in some is questionable. The gym is good, pools are decent, the complex is nice. Complex: 8/10 People are friendly, dog friendly community Apartment Quality: 6/10: For ours the bathroom doors would open into the toilet and hit the toilet. Plugs in bathtubs didn't work, plumbing issues quite a bit, roof was leaking, balcony door was waterlogged. Bad waterheater Homeless: 3/10 Typically, they keep to themselves but at least weekly they're running around Foxchase screaming, and occasionally they would fight over the trash. This has been a huge shift with new management, previously it wasn't a problem. Quietness: 6/10 It's quite loud if you're near Foxchase, or Sanchez. People do donuts, drag race, and the homeless will scream. Also, freeway noise. Amenities: Gym: 7/10 You can tell they don't really appreciate they have a gym, never refilled water, some equipment doesn't work properly. Pools: 8/10 They have two, the one by the office is nice, the back one isn't cleaned as much. Bugs: 5/10 We had German Roaches after someone moved out, they didn't really take care of it, so I did most of this myself. Lots of spiders. Cost: Rather expensive, but for the bay good price. Appliances: 9/10 Washer and dryer in unit, despite small is a huge plus. In the end, we moved because buying a house at the time was less than the rent increase we would see.

Had a couple maintenance work orders put in, the next day Gus showed up and fixed all the issues very fast. He asked how I was doing and talked during his work making sure there was no other issues. Can tell Gus truly cares about the residents and the work he does. Thank you!

We were in a struggle to find someplace to apply to and we got a phone call from the office because of our pending inquiry online. Joanna was able to let us view it right away and she was very welcoming and friendly. She made applying so easy and very reassuring when we had questions. Very happy with her in the office, because I work from home with my baby and know I can go to her for any questions or concerns on our new home. The apartment is nice. The area is peaceful. I like how there’s never a struggle for parking. Lots of trees around too so it’s very shaded and keeps inside cooler

These apartments are great! Peaceful area. Parking is always available. Super close to everything. Joanna was super helpful with getting us situated for the apartment and made it very easy. 10/10 highly recommend!
