I have been waiting on my package for 4 days now..I keep getting texts saying that my package is on the way it will be delivered by the end of day and still nothing..I call the customer service number and they tell me it's out for delivery and still nothing..get another text the next day saying the same thing and nothing..get a text on this morning my package is on the way and then boom get a text hours later that my package has been delayed due to my address call customer service again to see if I can pick my package up only to be told that the location is closed now I have to wait till Monday to get my package😤😤😡😡🤬🤬

This is ridiculous. I'm getting the run around about my package, supposedly was to be delivered yesterday 7/25 but they said it was going to be delivered today 7/26. I wake up and check tracking and it says delayed! How? I just called yesterday and they had it! Supposedly it was put on a truck and taken to Asheville! My child's formula is in the package and they can't tell me anything! I feel like getting cops involved for withholding my package.

Worst customer service ever! Most calls are sent to India and they do not deviate from whatever paper they are reading from! Every time a seller ships packages using FEDEX, I have to track my own package. The most recent package was delivered to the wrong house and they have GPS delivery but wouldn't go get it.
