Walmart sent my package by FedEx. It has a tracking of all the places FedEx moved it through. It is now in Durham but has been there for 4 days. What do I do to find it. There is no FedEx tracking number just a Walmart ID number.

I work at the FedEx in Durham we are swamped with packages and alot of packages are delayed. Try calling the office. I guarentee it's not lost just delayed. We scan all packages, but call them, so they can go ahead and send it off
