I’m a resident and the leasing office has been beyond helpful. Patient with reasonable extensions on rent due dates, flexible on payment methods and generally pleasant to deal with. I truly believe the bad reviews here are made by bitter people who did not pay their rent at all or did not follow basic, tenant, decorum.

Run as fast as you can!! This is just a scam property company. They trump up charges so that you do not get your deposit back and it takes 40 days to get your money back. The paperwork you have to go through in the beginning is ridiculous. You have to sign your life away. They just prey on college students to take advantage of them.
