Update... tried this again... the time in drive was quick but the food was bad. The biscuits were hard and the hashbrowns were so over cooked we could not eat them. Every time there is a problem with the food. I use to love Hardee's but this one has only gotten the order correct once, and the food was old and cold. The last time I did not get a receipt. I don't recommend the Hardee's in 5 points.

Got most of my order right, forgot to put egg on 1 biscuit and forgot meat in my primal breakfast burrito. Hardee's 5 points, always proving that you can do a worse job

Even though short staffed (like most places), food is good and employees are respectful. Lady behind the counter apologized I had to wait a few minutes when they had a drive thru line out to the road and several other people inside.

At your establishment, is it typical that the manager in charge tells you not to come back after calling in a complaint? Girl in the drive through was very rude and pushy i barely got anything out of my mouth before i was told a total and to pull around for a order that was wrong because the total was wrong told them to keep it. Didn't yell and wasn't throwing profanity. This is my local hardee's have been going there for many year but will never set foot in another i can promise you that. Btw im the guy that will ask you how you are doing today and say yes ma'am no ma'am please
