I went to pick up an item that I won at the Groveport location. I found a security guard at the door. He asked me using strong profanity to park my truck away from the dock even though I had a big item to load. He was so arrogant and verbally abusive. I went to talk to the manager about his behavior. The manager was nice to me then went to talk to him. Now that made the guy so upset that he wanted to fight me and threatened to shoot me on my way out. People had to retain me and call 911. The sheriff showed up at the location to diffuse the situation. One of the employees told me this guy was hired off the street and been acting very aggressive towards the customers since he started there. For not feeling safe I never returned to that location

This is one of my favorite auction sites. You won't find a better group of workers willing to help. They can get very busy, but these cashiers are busting their butts to get you in and out of there. I've meet a lot of people from all over at this site. When and if you have an disagreement just talk to them. Rules are posted everywhere. You win some and if you're not careful you will lose some. But if you do it right, it's a win win! I love it!

It takes some time to learn how this place works. You gotta check your items before you leave intently, and even still the warehouse can be a little confusing sometimes. However if your diligent, the deals can be great. The staff is really nice if you follow the rules and treat them with respect. Many of the bad reviews on here are on people who burn themselves from not reading the numerous signs posted everywhere and the auction instructions. There's simply too many items for everything to be checked with a fine tooth comb, it's on you. Bare that in mind and save a fortune, especially on home remodeling stuff.

I won the bid and they gave me box with trash inside. They took out the material/tennis table and the filled the box with trush and sealed it. I didn't want to open and check the box. But after.few.days when I open the box to set up the tennis table, I found out that the box is full of trush instead of the tennis table No tennis table at all. The police need to interfere and close down the CAPITAL.City auctio. THEY ARE CHEATERS!. I will try to do my best to get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Its like buying stuff from a pawn shop. They aren't about customer service lol
Good luck,txt,call they never respond
It may be easier to get another email and create another account
They should not advertise it wrong Sherman should pay attention to what he is doing
Restocking fees are paid in person at: 6600 DONN EISELE STREET SUITE 1, COLUMBUS, OHIO 43217
I believe the products here are all from large scale sources - warehouses, corporate truckloads, etc. A single person isn't able to bring things they want to sell as if it were a flea market or garage sale. Nearly all products are unused and in complete original factory packaging. They do sometimes hold estate sales. I would visit their website and utilize their contact info to see if there are any options for you.
They need more info shoot them an email and ask them
Just know that they will deactivate your bidding # for any reason. I left a bad review and they turned off my bidding # and ignored ALL future emails. Not a solid way to do business in my humble opinion. I'm better off not bidding anyway.
Would be the administrators; would require to go to the building cause trying to call is a GAMBLE! Hope this helped.
Ur bidding number has been blocked u need to contact them to unlock it
Yes
If your bidder number is blocked, that means you didn't pay for an item that you won. You must pay the 39% restock fee before you can bid again.
The website is sorted by lot#. If you click into a lot, select "view items and bid" it will list them individually for you to bid. You need to repeat steps for each lot unless you search for the specific item from the homepage.
There is a search bar at the top of the main page in the center
Email them
Register
Think its 35%
? Wrong place!
Go to there website and select Bidder Profile/enter your email in the box under "forgot your bidding number or password"/click search.
You email them with the item that was auction. They will email you back telling you to show up in person.
You bidder number is all they need. If they are paying with CC the card must be theirs and ID is always checked.
I've never done that but it's worth a try if they'll work with you
Whatever you buy, the auction will tell you where to pick up the item. I have yet to see shipping. 100% of the time I've purchased something I had to pick it up. I can't explain why you can't find what you searched for the day before. Maybe it was taken down.
Who are you trying to pay?
You can't. Its a fraudulent business. They misrepresent every product they sell on their website, and behold! You aren't allowed to open boxes to inspect products or else they "fine" you for "leaving trash" - but they tell you that you can "inspect" the item before leaving on their website, just "not in their warehouse" which is the only time you can get a refund. There is no phone number listed for this business, because they don't want you to call them to complain. The whole company is felonious.
The guys name is Jerry I have text him and called him sense the day of the auction
If you win the item you typically pick it up the next day. The auction gives the pick up time in the information. It will also say on your invoice sent via email.
If you go online to www.capitalcityonlineauction.com you can look at the different auctions currently running, and should also be able to see how to contact each individual auction manager.
You can preview items prior to the auction ending. I work at the Don Eisele location. If you are trying to find a auction, I can help you find it.
What is the auction managers contact?
Mr. Alford, Thank you for your interest in Capital Online Auctions. Simply go to: http://www.capitalcityonlineauction.com/cgi-bin/mncal.cgi?ccoa to register, once there click on register to bid. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up. Happy Bidding, CCOA

Please send your request to info@capitalcityonlineauctions
Sign up is on their website, register to bid tab.
There is a number on the very bottom of the page. There are two contact info, good luck.
i paid for restocking fee because i wasnt able to pick my stuff up how do i get my number back i still cant use it
I do not but their main office appears to be the Green Point address in Groveport I think
Not that I know of. It would be nice if the auction software had that option. But while the auctions are being held l open each auction in a separate tab of my browser and then I can jump from one auction to another quickly. If that's what your asking.
always check items won prior to leaving at pick up!
35% restocking fee
Yes. I have.
Like Marc says, when the time is over you will get an email
