I have NEVER been to an establishment as GHETTO as this place. As soon as you walk you, you are told "We only take online orders". The night crew consists of a Manger that cant/won't manage., a young man that refers as himself as "I ain't a lame " and a young man whose pants were bellow his A$@ (who was very polite). Also none of the employees used gloves while they were preparing orders.The music was loud and very inappropriate for a business dining area. ( Trap music). My experience with "I ain't lame" was textbook of what society thinks of our young men. The fact that no one's is there to pick up a phone, the fact that as a consumer you are not able to contact upper management speaks volumes about this establishment. As long as a company will only take my money and not concentrate on the level of service that I receive as a customer I will NEVER eat at ANY Wingstop again.

I went here today for the first time, it will be my last. When I went inside all of the employees were sitting in the dining area. One young lady told me to let her know when I was ready to order, she got up and took my order. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I was filling my cup with "tea", water came out of 3 out of 4 spigots. I let someone know, they stated they would have to look at it. That did not happen. The tea that came out did not taste like tea. I asked for another cup to get soda instead. There was no ice. One of the employees said, "It's still cold". Certain areas of the floor were wet, trash can full out front, a wing on the floor, just poor customer service. Super ghetto..

I ordered online. A very simple order. Just plain chicken wings with fries combos for 3. I received 2 orders of plan wings, and order BBQ wings 2 drinks no ranch, and all of my fries were ice cold. Not a good first impression.
