To get a bidding number, go to the Capital City home page and find the link to sign up for a number. Easy to find on Google or auctionzip.com (using your ZIP code), then they'll send you a number to use for bidding. You should always try to go to the auction preview and examine the items you want to bid in since you can't return an item for a refund or exchange. Auction policy is "as is, where is", so it is buyer beware. They have many different locations throughout the city areas.
