How do you know if you won an item & how do you know where and when to pick it up?

i paid for restocking fee because i wasnt able to pick my stuff up how do i get my number back i still cant use it

This Capital City Auctions doesn't have any contact info on the site so I googled the number and called but a message saying the number has been changed to an unknown #... This is my 1st time ever doing anything like this and from what I'm reading you can be blocked for not picking up items,etc. But there's no clear instructions after you bid on an item. So thanks for your responses.

Emails are sent by 9am the day after the auction ends. Phone numbers are all over the website. Contact your winning auction manager for any questions. Phone numbers on invoice and on each auction along with email.

It tells you via the site and if you dont know it'll send you an email
