Today Aug 7, 2022 I paid $32 for a balloon bouquet. The 0 and several other balloons completely came off their string and flew away. They were not tied properly. Very disappointed. I won't be back.

They open up right at 9am. The earlier you get the, the better. I didn't have to wait long to purchase a balloon and then have it aired.

Went to Party City to have one yoda birthday balloon filled with helium for my grandaughter birthday on the 28th. They said they could not fill it until 4:00 Pm the next day due to so many graduation balloons on order. I understand they were busy but the way I was treated was unacceptable, they were rude and basically had no time for me. I'll never go in this store again!!!
