Pre pandemic, Jenson was pretty much a well oiled machine in terms of shipping, prices and customer service. Then the Rona' hit and the world got weird. The world has not gone back to the way it was, and frankly, neither has Jenson. Given all the changes in the last couple of years, I still feel good spending my money with Jenson, and despite the crazy delays for communication, I feel they are doing a pretty solid job navigating the new normal COVID world. Keep it up, your efforts do not go unnoticed and are appreciated.

I do not know how return or exchange policy works , but I always got a answer to my questions when I call Jenson USA customer service . It seems your talking to someone direct from company not a random call center .

The 68 and 113 are shell and spindle. The 1.37x24 is the thread. Assuming this is a square taper. The rest looks like torque settings for installing. You should be able to order from most online stores. Jenson is great to deal with.

The simplest way and more convenient way is to Simply go online to the Jenson USA website and order the parts that you're looking for or you can head to their warehouse located in Riverside off of Sycamore Canyon in order the parts directly from the warehouse
They do have point of sale system. Some rarer items might get dropped shipped from another distributor but their warehouse is huge. They mostly have everthing in stock.
