They did a good job for the most part, but the person servicing me kept repeatedly trying to pressure me into a different service than the one I asked for. I asked for cluster eyelash extensions. She must have pushed 8 times for me to get individual lashes. She even asked which length of cluster lashes I wanted, and when I asked her which one she recommended, she said "I recommend individual but you don't want to spend money." I owe her zero explanation for what I choose to do with my money and how much I choose or choose not to spend. I should have walked out after that comment, especially coming after a series of repeated attempts to push me into a service I clearly said I did not want.. After seeing clearly that she was going to continue being pushy instead of respecting my request, I just stopped responding to her. Other than her pushiness, they did a good job. She did take a lot too much off of one of my eyebrows and they were extremely uneven, but she still didn't do a bad job. However, she charged me more than advertised for eyebrow threading (but it wasn't a lot so I just left it alone). There was also a $5 charge to use a debit card, which should have been advertised. She didn't do a bad job on my eyebrows or eyelashes, but I'm still pretty peeved that I had to tell a person no to a service that many times.

This is the worst eyelash place I’ve ever been too it looks like she just clumped all the lashes on top of my eyes. I do not recommend going here I never write reviews but I was so disgusted with the service of this place

They don’t care if you have an appointment you will still wait 30-45 mins and if someone comes in needing a quicker service they take them ahead of you. No customer service. They do pretty ok work but nothing special to make their terrible service acceptable.
