My son was murdered at the age of 31 was told by a female director that his father wanted me to have no say with the funeral arrangement. I live in Upstate NY and would never recommend this place. Also never returned phone calls when left with answering service.

Mr Dave with Pets at Peace by Fox and Weeks was very kind and personable in helping me through their process of cremating my sweet dog, Daisy. He called me the morning he picked her up, was very kind and considerate and they took care of her promptly. He helped arrange for me to pick her up after hours on a holiday weekend to bring her home, and had her in a beautiful sturdy little wooden urn as well as some impressions of her paw print. They helped make a very difficult time a little bit easier and I would recommend them to anyone in need of these services. Thank you so much Dave and Fox & Weeks.

My cat was cremated here after a sudden trip to the emergency vet that ended badly. This is the first time I've used cremation for a pet. Dave, the guy at Fox & Weeks who did the cremation, was very nice on the phone. He was thoughtful of me as a grieving person, spoke about the process of cremation kindly, noted details about my cat etc. It was very much appreciated to have that level of consideration when this was such unexpected situation. There was some confusion about the process of payment (a family member was paying). At first it was made to seem that I could pick up the cremains and Fox & Weeks would contact the party responsible for payment, but when I arrived the person I spoke to seemed to expect payment at that time. This wasn't a super convenient time for the paying party, but we got it solved after some back and forth. I wish there had been some clearer communication about when payment was required, and whether they would reach out to the person paying or the paying party had to call Fox & Weeks themselves. I'm surprised this process isn't cookie cutter at this point given how many pets they probably handle. So if you use these guys just try to pay as soon as you can I guess, to avoid this same confusion.
