If it's a place to stay you're looking for be careful, lot's of blatant nepotism. They wake you up earlier when it suits them and most of the "students" and "staff" are really rude and constantly threaten to put folks out. They forget quickly how it felt to be without secure housing. Patients are running the asylum. Not all are bad, but the head folks abuse the little power the have

I will say the girl that works the phones are perfect she's nice respectful kid and has manners the older guy not so much I'm not rating the facility just the man who says HE RUNS THIS PLACE he doesn't like others cursing but it's ok for him no one can come in the curses but it's ok to have people at the door drinking? Smh the gentleman who (runs it) aint christan and should not be in charge of anything there period

This is a mens only shelter, and they don't accept pets, the salvation army accepts women,and the safe shelter if you are inna domestic issue

They serve chicken alot, mainly that's what gets donated. However the "students" skim through the donations and keep the "better" items for themselves and pass them through that side door to friends etc.. Used to be different. Most of the "students" forget where they came from. Really sad

It was a good place to stay. I stayed at the old savannah mission homeless shelter for 30 days. Very nice people just obey their rules u will be fine
Yes you're welcome to come over you can come in at 10,00am until church and eat lunch and stay for dinner at 7.00pm but leave after dinner at 8.00pm
Across the street from the mission is a place to return such items. I'm sure they will assist you.
